The rotalock valve is a professional shut-off and service valve widely used on semi-hermetic and screw refrigeration compressors, condensing units and cold storage piping. Product Range and Dimensions
Models TR01 to TR20 cover square valve bodies from 20 x 20 mm to 50 x 50 mm, with rotalock threaded joints including 1-14UNS, 1-1/4-12UNF, 1-3/4-12UN and 2-1/4-12UN, and ODS stub tube sizes from 1/4 inch to 2-1/8 inches, matching most compressor service ports and common copper or steel line sizes.
Performance
Test pressure is 4.5 MPa; working temperature range is -40 C to +150 C; suitable for R22, R134a, R404A and other common refrigerants. Precision machined seats and stem seals ensure dependable shut-off and long service life under industrial duty.

What is a rotalock valve, and where is it used?
A rotalock valve is a shut-off / service valve with a Rotalock threaded connection. It is mainly installed on semi-hermetic and screw refrigeration compressors, condensing units and cold storage piping, used for refrigerant charging, pressure testing, isolating and maintaining the compressor without losing system refrigerant.
Which refrigerants and working conditions does this valve support?
The TR series Rotalock valve is suitable for R22, R134a, R404A and other common refrigerants, with a working temperature range of -40 C to +150 C and a body test pressure of 4.5 MPa. Please confirm compatibility of seals with the actual medium before ordering.
How do I select the right model from TR01 to TR20?
Models TR01 to TR20 cover valve bodies from 20 x 20 mm to 50 x 50 mm. Choose according to your compressor service port size, pipe diameter (ODS stub from 1/4 inch to 2-1/8 inches) and required threaded joint (1-14UNS, 1-1/4-12UNF, 1-3/4-12UN, 2-1/4-12UN).
