The J2B22 is a 22 mm cast iron shut-off (globe) valve for the main suction and discharge lines of semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressors. It isolates the compressor on its own side of the circuit, so the machine can be pulled for service while the rest of the cold storage system stays charged and running.
It is a cast iron body, factory pressure tested at 4.5 MPa, working from -30 C to +150 C, and specified for R22, R507, R407C, R404A and R134a with their refrigeration oils. A compact two-hole base keeps it tight on compressor skids and in crowded refrigeration rooms.
Shut-off that keeps the plant charged: close the J2B22 to drop one compressor out of service without venting the whole circuit - less refrigerant loss, less downtime for the cold room.
22 mm main-line port: built for the larger line to the compressor, not a small trim connection, so the flow and pressure drop a main line needs are not a compromise.
One valve, cold to hot: -30 C to +150 C covers a freezing rack and a warm discharge or oil line, so you stock one part across the project.
The refrigerants you already run: R22, R507, R407C, R404A and R134a, with the matching refrigeration oils.
4.5 MPa tested: factory pressure tested for the safety margin commissioning and system testing require.
Compact two-hole base: a 2 x 13.5 mm bolt base bolts flat on tight skids where a larger square flange would not fit.
