That is a stiffer, more evenly loaded joint, which is what a big compressor port needs to hold its seal under vibration and repeated service cycles.

3. Pressure and Temperature Headroom: Every valve in the series is factory tested at 4.5 MPa and is rated for a working temperature range of -30 C to +150 C. The J2BS/126 is the 5 inch angle-pattern service valve in Liyongda's screw compressor valve series. It is the largest bore listed in a range that runs from J2BS/40 (1.5 inch) to J2BS/105 (4 inch), built for the big suction and discharge ports fitted to semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressors. Where the smaller sizes in this series clamp down on a four-bolt square base, the 126 moves to an eight-bolt flanged joint, so the valve bolts to a large port with a rigid, evenly loaded connection instead of a compact mounting pad.

Each unit is factory tested at 4.5 MPa, works from -30 C to +150 C, and is specified for R22, R507, R407C, R404A and R134a together with the refrigeration oils used with them. The body is ductile cast iron with a painted finish, as shown in the photographs.
