Purpose-Built for Screw Compressors: The J2BS service valve is designed for the service connection of semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressors. Its compact vertical body and bolted square flange base seat directly on the compressor service port, giving engineers a reliable access point for pressure testing, charging, recovery and routine inspection without taking the machine apart.

Pressure and Temperature Headroom: Each valve is factory tested at 4.5 MPa and works from -30 C to +150 C, covering both low temperature cold storage circuits and hot refrigerant oil lines, so one valve family stays flexible across different plant conditions and seasonal loads.

Broad Refrigerant Coverage: The body is compatible with R22, R507, R407C, R404A and R134a as well as various refrigerant oils, which lets you match the valve to older R22 plants and newer R404A or R507 systems without changing the installation layout or port spacing.

Solid Cast Iron Construction: Cast iron body with a machined front port and two 1/4-18NPT service ports; the four-bolt square flange base clamps firmly onto the compressor port for a stable, sealed joint. Sizes 1.5 inch to 4 inch (J2BS/40 to J2BS/105) fit most screw compressor ports, with 5 inch J2BS/126 available on request.
